June 21st we will be hosting the first summer dance of the season. Come out and be entertained by D.J. Maxx beginning at 9:30 p.m. There is a small cover charge of $10.00. The next dates are July 12th, August 2nd, 16th and 30th, so come out for a fun time and bring your friends. If you are able to help on these nights your assistance will be most appreciated.
The Meat Draws are held every Saturday at 4:30 p.m. – come early and partake in social time. Trivia is held the second Friday of each month and Euchre the last Friday of the month. Darts are every Thursday and we are always glad to welcome new players. Always fun times so come out and enjoy! All welcome.
Our last meetings of the summer will be held June 10th. Executive will be at 7 p.m. and General at 8 p.m. They will resume again in September.
This will be my last submission of writing the legion news for the press, but I know someone very competent will take my place.
So, wishing everyone a fun summer and the news will resume in September when our meetings start up again. Keep an eye out for our posters and signage outside the legion for any new activities that will be taking place.
