Harbourside Inside will host two Christmas concerts, featuring Rosin Dust Community Orchestra, a String Ensemble from Owen Sound as well as local musicians. The first concert will be held on 7 December 2024 at the Rotary Hall in Lion’s Head and the second concert on 13 December 2024 at the Tobermory United Church.

Bobby Dean Blackburn kicked off the first musical event for Harbourside Inside on 8 November 2024 at the Rotary Hall. Billed as a Jam session, a local resident described the music as phenomenal and said there were up to 7 musicians on stage, jamming with Blackburn.

Organizers Dominik Franken, Gerry Goldie and Rod Layman are pleased to be able to bring musical entertainment to the community during the winter months. The local musicians enjoy the opportunity to get out and perform, while the local community is very supportive to all of the musical entertainment offered throughout the year.

Admission is by donation, the concerts start at 7 p.m. Donations from the Lion’s Head Christmas concert will go to Wendell’s Walk supporting the Lion’s Head Hospital’s shower room renovation project.

More concerts are planned monthly from January to April 2025. Please check social media for details.
