The Northern Bruce Peninsula’s (NBP) communities are fortunate to have many not-for-profit groups that meet at the Lion’s Head Legion to focus on volunteering for others to improve the wellness and the health of their community members. You may want to make one of your 2025 resolutions to seek out volunteer work that will make someone’s life happier or healthier. Volunteering is reported to also make us happier and healthier.
The Lion’s Head Legion members are pleased to announce that donations were made to the Lion’s Head and District Foodbank to support the need for food security on the Northern Bruce Peninsula.
An honorarium was given to the Bruce Men’s Shed for their contributions to the legion.
