New Digital Service Squad Member Offers Support to Businesses in NBP

November 15, 2021, NORTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON – The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula is pleased to welcome Digital Service Squad Member Marcie Riegling, who will be assisting small brick-and-mortar businesses in each municipality with digital marketing and e-commerce projects over the coming months.

Local businesses can connect with Marcie to receive FREE training to help: 

• adopt online technologies

• set up a basic website

• apply for a one-time $2,500 digital transformation grant through Digital Main Street (DEADLINE NOVEMBER 30, 2021)

• set up and maintain a Google My Business profile

• set up and maintain a social media presence

• set up a digital storefront or e-commerce platform

“This is a completely free service aimed at helping businesses establish and grow their online presence and connect with more customers. I am so excited to be part of this amazing opportunity for businesses within the North Bruce Peninsula areas,” Marcie said. “I am passionate about helping businesses grow past their expectations and thrive in a digital world.” 

The position is fully funded through Digital Main Street’s Ontario Grants Program, which is supported through investment from the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade and administered by the Ontario BIA Association.
