The entire cast and crew would like to send out a sincere thank you to everyone who attended the production of Footloose the Musical on March 27, 28 and 29! It was an exciting weekend with three sold out shows, including a surprise mini concert by Midnight Blue in honour of Ms. Stanton’s retirement on Saturday March 28.
The Wiarton Choir lended their voices to the finale. Their own spring concert is coming up shortly (get your tickets ASAP), so we appreciate members giving up their rehearsal time to participate! Thank you to Brooklyn Hewton (fiddle player) and Midnight Blue for their awesome performance Saturday night! This event would not have been possible without all the businesses who supported the show: IPC Investment Financial Planning (Dave Nixon), Clark’s Marina, The Neustadt Arena, Pinkerton’s Auto, Handley Electric, Bernie Hellyer Construction and ACN Electric.
Finally, thank you to our amazing community including parents, guardians, friends, neighbours, and staff for lending costumes or props, painting, building sets, driving actors to and from school, picking up lights or food, and/or for attending the show! We really do have the best community here on the Peninsula!
