The Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary (THSA) is thrilled to announce a new bursary for North Bruce graduating students who have been accepted to a post-secondary institution to study in the field of health sciences. A $2,500 bursary will be awarded to one student in 2025 who is a resident of North Bruce and is a student at the Bruce Peninsula District School.

Qualified students must contact Emily Cameron, Guidance Counsellor at Bruce Peninsula District School for specific criteria. Applications must be received no later than May 21, 2025. Applications will be reviewed in cooperation with Ms Cameron and members of the Auxiliary and the bursary will be awarded to the successful applicant at the graduation ceremony in June.

The Auxiliary members are very excited to be able to present this opportunity to our local students in the hope that they will pursue a career in health sciences and hopefully return to the North Bruce to serve this amazing community. This bursary has been established through the generosity of both private individual donors and corporate donations to the Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary.
