Pike Bay and Jackson’s Cove Communities Donate to Friends of the Lion’s Head Library

Friends of the Lion’s Head Library (FLHL) Chair, Donna Hambleton, recently accepted donations from two local community groups. Both the Pike Bay Community and Jackson’s Cove Community gave generous amounts to FLHL to further their fundraising efforts to assist with the purchase of furniture and fixtures for the new library and funding for programs at the Lion’s Head Library. Thank you for supporting FLHL!

Please be sure to bring your children to the Rotary Hall after the upcoming Santa Claus Parade. Not only will they have the opportunity to visit with Santa, but Friends will be giving each child a free book. There will be lots to choose from for children aged infant to 10 years of age.
