Who doesn’t love homemade treats? I think we all agree the answer is NOT many. Lately, our Club has been catering some events in the Community and it’s great to be able to do it again.
Catering was always something that we enjoyed doing as a fund raiser but it came to a screeching halt during the pandemic. Now, with the return of some normality in life, our Club is back at it.
Over the past few months, several members obtained their “Food Handler” certificates to stay current with the regulations and to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health. Our Club members take great pride in the preparation of food and take safety very seriously.
I just wanted to remind the public that we offer this service as a way to fund raise for the Community and if you would like a quote on your event, let us know.
Also, wanted to give a huge thanks to member Gail for convening most of our “food events”. She is super organized and a pleasure to work with in the kitchen.
