The Lion’s Head Hospital Auxiliary would like to thank everyone who dropped off clothes, sheets, towels, boots, hats, and shoes on October 26th for our Clothing Drive.

It was a HUGE SUCCESS!

We managed to fill the truck with 1,000 lbs of clothing and had to call for another truck. Susan and Jason, from the Kidney Foundation, were amazed with the amount of clothing donated from our small community. Good for the Northern Bruce!

Volunteers George Hambleton (left) and Donna Rocca (right) load the truck with donations of gently used clothing with help from and Susan and Justin from the Kidney foundation.

Now that your closets and drawers are empty, come on out and fill them up with goodies from the Cookie Walk on December 7th at the Lion’s Head United Church. And, don’t forget to get in the festive mood by purchasing a poinsettia or table top centre piece from an auxiliary member .

Thank you for supporting health care!
