Congratulations to Sue Harpur of Sudbury, Ontario, winner of the Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary (THSA) Handmade Quilt Raffle!

The winning ticket was drawn by Meaghan Ferrier, a visitor to Tobermory, at the Tobermory Marketplace at noon on August 5, 2026. THSA President and quilt maker Lin Gitterman, along with Treasurer Rick Caron, were on hand to oversee the draw.

Congratulations, Sue, and a sincere thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and supported the raffle. All 300 tickets were sold, generating a net profit of just over $1,300. Your generosity will help fund the purchase of an electronic examination bed requested by the Peninsula Family Health Team for the Tobermory Clinic, helping to enhance patient comfort and to support clinic staff in providing care.
