The Annual Studio Tour was held on 23 and 24 August 2025, featuring 47 artists and 25 studios. This well-organized event is the largest art studio tour in the region and attracted visitors from throughout southern Ontario and even some international visitors.

The Studio Tour took patrons on a scenic discovery of Northern Bruce from north of Wiarton to Tobermory and the Lake Huron Shores to Georgian Bay with its stunning coastal and rural landscapes.

The patrons say they are astounded by the immense range of creativity and diversity of art on display. Watercolours, oil and acrylic paintings, photographs, wire and stone creations, wood turning, wood sculptures, fibre art, clay art, jewelry, handwoven/knit/dyed textile products, glassworks, pottery and handcrafted soaps were some of the amazing art being showcased.

Patrons enjoyed being able to chat with the artists. Many said that being able to learn about the artist’s inspiration and techniques, especially when it came to that “special piece”, enhanced the purchasing experience.

The artists said they were pleased to meet the patrons and learn a little about them and about the art they were attracted to. The artists reported that they had a steady flow of visitors over the two days and were pleased with the overall success of the event.
