Karen McIver retires as Mail Carrier for Lion’s Head and its rural routes after 26 years. McIver has been a familiar face delivering mail daily and was well-known by her clients along her mail route.

McIver’s last day working for Canada Post was on August 19 2022. Her colleagues gave her a fond farewell with lots of laughter and balloons.

McIver says that the Lion’s Head Post Office was a great place to work and she enjoyed working with her fellow co-workers. She looks forward to spending more time with her kids and grandkids.
