The Lion’s Head & District Food Bank has recently received generous donations of money from The Mar Women’s Institute as well as the OSSTF (Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation) District 7 and District 14, the ETFO (Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario) Bluewater Local and the RTO (Retired Teachers of Ontario) District 10/Bruce Grey Unit. All of these organizations have donated in the past as well. Their support is appreciated very much!
Terry Harnden, owner of Homegrown Woodworks and Wilson Home Hardware each made a $500.00 donation to the Food Bank. Due to covid restrictions, photos were not obtained. These generous donations enable the food bank to purchase nutritional food items for the hampers.
