We are thrilled to announce the lucky winners of our Kids Colouring Contest that was held the week of May 2nd to May 8th in response to Emergency Preparedness Week 2021 activities.

First of all, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who submitted their coloring page. It was such a delight looking at the amazing artwork that these talented Northern Bruce Peninsula kids completed.

The winners of the age groups were:

Ages 4-8 – Emerson Toth

Ages 7-10 – Aria Pitul

The colouring contest promoted safe playing for children outside during the pandemic.

Every year during the first week in May, communities around Canada come together to encourage Canadians to take concrete actions to be better prepared to protect themselves and their families and pets during an emergency.
