On November 2nd, 2019, twenty-eight (28) members of the Northern Bruce Peninsula Fire & Emergency Services from Lion’s Head and Tobermory stations converged on the property of Darryl Lemcke to enhance their skills in various aspects of firefighting. The training also involved transitional fire attack, search and rescue, forcible entry, mechanical and hydraulic ventilation to pumper operations and water supply.
Northern Bruce Peninsula Fire & Emergency Services wish to thank Mr. Lemcke for allowing us the use of his property. Special thanks to Matthew Lemcke “Honorary Deputy Chief” for ensuring everyone was doing their job and attending at their “training” stations on time.
