SAUBLE BEACH, ON – May 31, 2026 – Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy is proud to announce a donation of $1,165.00 to the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides through the Sauble Beach Walk for Guide Dogs.

On Sunday, May 31, 2026, Jessica Neuert, CPDT-KA, owner of Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy, presented the donation to Jackie Beaton, organizer of the Sauble Beach Lions Foundation Walk for Guide Dogs.

The funds were raised through a month-long community fundraising initiative involving clients of Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy and its K9 Forest School program. A popular enrichment game called “Whack-A-Mole” gave participating dogs the opportunity to play a fun snack-seeking game while supporting an important cause. The activity raised $625.00, with Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy contributing an additional $2.00 for every K9 Forest School attendance during the month of May, bringing the total donation to $1,165.00.

“We are incredibly grateful to our clients and community members who supported this fundraiser,” said Neuert. “The enthusiasm from both the dogs and their families was amazing to see. Together, we were able to make a meaningful contribution to an organization that provides life-changing Dog Guide services to Canadians.”

The Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides provides professionally trained Dog Guides at no cost to Canadians with disabilities, helping individuals achieve greater independence, safety, and confidence in their daily lives.

Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy extends its sincere thanks to all participants who helped make this fundraiser a success and is proud to support the important work of the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
