CAMERON, James Finley – unexpectedly at Owen Sound Hospital on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Finley Cameron of Lion’s Head in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Janice (nee Weir). Cherished father of Bonnie (Terry Moser), Ray, Karen, and Earl (Emily). Much loved grandfather of Lane, Cougen, Mabel, and Paisley. Dear brother of Larry Cameron (Thelma Curtis) of Miller Lake, Carol Anne McLay (Eric) of Pike Bay, Ian Cameron (Anita) of Woodstock, and Ron Cameron of Pike Bay and brother-in-law of Ruth Weir of Wiarton, Dave Weir (Carol) of Mar and Dennis Weir (Trudy) of British Columbia. Missed by his special aunt Bev Davis of Alberta, nieces, nephews, and many cousins. Predeceased by his parents Margaret Cameron (nee Davis), Glen Cameron, and Mary Cameron (nee Crow) and sister-in-law Barbara Cameron. Family and friends were invited to share memories at the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion’s Head on Tuesday, September 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service was conducted from the church on Wednesday, September 3rd at 11:00 a.m. Interment Eastnor Cemetery.
