Congratulations to Dan Mackey and Peri Papadopoulous on their phenomenal win at the recent Senior Dart tournament! Dan qualified for the Provincial tournament after winning District singles.
Both Dan and Peri won the District Doubles tournament and will advance to the Senior’s Provincial tournament in London on April 5th. The Tobermory branch is so proud of you both!
Remember Winter darts is every Thursday at 3p.m. at the legion.
The breakfast at the legion had to be cancelled due to the inclement weather and has been rescheduled for February 23rd. See you there!
There will be Euchre on February 28th at 7p.m. Come out and bring your friends for a fun evening.
Don’t forget Trivia night is held the second Friday of every month. Come and join a team or bring your own. There can be up to 6 members on a team.
The meat draw is every Saturday, starting at 4:30 but come early and socialize with your friends or meet some new ones.
A reminder that branch elections are coming up in May, so if you are thinking of running for office, let us know. I’m sure you will find it a rewarding experience, contributing to all our worthwhile community pursuits.
