The St Patrick’s Day Skating Fundraiser attracted local families and out-of-town grandkids and raised about $500 for the Tobermory Primary Place Child Care Centre. The Annual St Patrick’s Day skate has become a fun favorite March Break tradition for young families and visiting grandchildren.

Organized as a fundraiser for the Tobermory Primary Place Child Care Centre, the mid day event was held on March 15 at the Lion’s Head Arena.
With a range of activities for kids from crafts, cake decorating, games, face painting and skating, there was something to entertain the multi-generational families that came out to enjoy some March Break fun.
Mary Hewton-Robbins of the Booth donated the hot dogs, chips and juice boxes served at the event.
