Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary (THSA) would like to thank all of you who have completed our survey, which is designed to help us understand how patients feel about our local health services and how the THSA will be able to help. We’ll use your feedback to tailor the needs of our community in respect of health care services offered to our residents.
The survey will be open for an additional few weeks to ensure we capture your feedback, so if you have not had a chance to complete it, please have your say! The survey is completely anonymous. You can find the survey on our website at thsa.ca at the bottom of our home page.
If you prefer, paper copies are available at the Peninsula Family Health Team Clinic or at the Library. There is a box at the clinic where you can drop off the paper survey. The survey will close on December 15th, so please submit yours as soon as you can!
