A trio of popular musicians on the Bruce has released a new CD entitled “Songs From the Market”.

Market goers are very familiar with the Market Band and the various musicians who freely offer their time and music every Saturday morning during the summer to play at the Lion’s Head Farmers Market.

Brian Taylor and Arnie Crittenden along with Dominik Franken have released a CD with 14 songs including such well-known songs as “Back Home Again”, “Did She Mention My Name”, “Goodnight Irene”, “Till We Meet Again’ and many others.

The CD is available for $25 with proceeds going to charitable causes on the Northern Bruce Peninsula. The CD can be obtained at the Market Band Music tent, located near the Lion’s Head Beach Pavilion on Saturday mornings.

Patrons are also invited to stay awhile and enjoy live renditions of the songs by the musicians.
