June 9th, 2021 – Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation is sad to announce that due to the uncertainty concerning Public Health Guidelines regarding Covid-19, we will not be offering our very popular, annual fundraising lottery, Live Your Dream again this summer.
Live Your Dream has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Bruce Peninsula patient care over the years. In fact, in 2019, we celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the lottery! Since the beginning, the Wiarton Rotary Club has partnered with the Foundation in this fundraising event. Rotarians could be found on the main street of Wiarton selling tickets for the months preceding the draw which takes place at the Wiarton Rotary Fair, Civic Long Weekend. Additionally, BPHF is appreciative of the support of the Lion’s Head Hospital Auxiliary who sold tickets at the Lion’s Head Farmers Market and the Sauble Lions who sold tickets at the Sauble Cruise nights.
We look forward to bringing this summer tradition back alongside the Wiarton Rotary Fair in 2022. In the meantime, we are gratefully accepting donations in lieu of usual ticket purchases. If you would like to make a donation, please visit www.bphfoundation.com or call (519) 534-5856.
