The date for Christmas Hampers this year is Thursday, December 17th. Appointment times for pickup will be given closer to this date. Please book your Christmas hamper by December 1st so that we order enough turkeys and hams for everyone. If you require delivery please let us know.
There are only two regular hamper days left in 2020 – November 26th and December 10th.
Hamper days in 2021 will be every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. If there are five Thursdays in a month, we will still prepare hampers on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays. Please text or call 519-378-8842 or email to lhdfoodbank@gmail.com the Monday before hamper day.
The Food Bank will be closed for the holidays but will try to work out emergency food needs as requested. If you are not a regular food bank client, please feel free to order the Christmas hamper if finances require one. There are extra expenses at this time of year so do not hesitate to request a hamper. We want to ensure that all families have a traditional Christmas dinner.
