Our Rotary Club, in partnership with Georgian Bay Honey, will be selling jars of the best honey available. You can sweeten your special friends with a gift of Georgian Bay Honey and help with all our Rotary projects at the same time.
These 1kg jars of Liquid or Creamy honey are selling for $14.98 and Buckwheat honey is selling for $19.98 and are available at Embleton’s Auctions, Main Street, Lion’s Head. What a great way to find that perfect, sweet gift and help a worthy cause. Talk to any Rotarian for further details.
ROTARY HOLDS SECOND HYBRID MEETING
The Rotary Club of Northern Bruce Peninsula held its second hybrid meeting at the Rotary Hall and on Zoom on October 6th. Once again there were a fair number attending, all wearing masks and of course, socially distancing from each other.
Besides Rotarians present in person there were a number on the big screen attending via Zoom. We even had a speaker talking to us through Zoom about the ‘Shelter Box’ assistance program that many Rotary Clubs have expressed interest in over the past few years. It was an interesting presentation and more information can be obtained through www.shelterboxcanada.org
Rotary will be continuing with the hybrid meeting concept for the foreseeable future to protect all our members and continue our service to this community and the world through our many Rotary Projects.
