Tobermory Press has been awarded a contract with the Government of Canada to continue supplying paper handheld Canadian flags for federal use.
The contract further strengthens the company’s position as Canada’s leading suppliers of handheld paper flags. Along with Canadian flags, Tobermory Press produces provincial, international and custom-designed handheld flags that are shipped across the country for events, celebrations, promotions and community gatherings.
All flags are produced at the company’s 4,200-square-foot facility on Legion Street in Tobermory. Since expanding into flag manufacturing in 2003, Tobermory Press has produced tens of millions of handheld flags, including about 20 million for the Government of Canada.
Under the new agreement, the company will continue providing handheld Canadian flags for government programs and events from coast to coast. The contract reflects Tobermory Press’s experience in flag production and its ability to meet large-volume orders while maintaining consistent quality.
Over the past two decades, Tobermory Press has grown from a local printing company into a national supplier, providing Canadian-made flags to governments, businesses, schools, organizations and community groups across Canada.
