Local musician Graeme Shaw, better known as Uncle G, is releasing his debut album on October 17th.
Having lived in Tobermory, ON for almost a decade, the Americana singer/songwriter credits the beauty and serene environment of the area for inspiring his songwriting. His music captures the essence of the people and places that have shaped his journey, using evocative imagery and heartfelt storytelling.
Graeme’s debut album, “Where I’m From,” is a testament to his diverse musical influences. It is a melting pot of genres, showcasing his versatility and the eclectic sounds he grew up with in a small town. The album is produced by Joe McLeod, a seasoned musician from Keswick, Ontario, whose expertise in recording and high-quality sound has elevated Graeme’s work to new heights.
