Although you haven’t heard much from the Lion’s Head Hospital Auxiliary (LHHA) since our two very successful projects in December we want to assure everyone that we are still alive and well and busy planning our 2022 projects so we will be ready when the pandemic restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to gather.
Thanks to all who supported our Online Auction and the Gnome Sale. With your help we raised over $8,000.00 to support Healthcare in the Bruce!
First on the agenda is the opening of the Auxiliary Bookstore. We have a new home thanks to Christ Church Anglican. Watch for the details of our official opening, hopefully in April, date to be announced. Plans are in the works for the Annual Perennial Sale in June, the Annual Yard Sale in July, the third Annual Online Auction and the Cookie Walk later in the year. In December stay tuned for the return of the Greenery/Poinsettia Sale.
All the monies raised from our events go to support healthcare on the Bruce Peninsula. Hopefully we will once again be able to meet in person, the first Thursday in each month excluding January and August.
If you are looking for a great group of people who work hard and have fun doing it please speak to any member and come and join us. We would love to have you.
