Approximately 25 vintage vehicles and their drivers gathered at the Lion’s Head Arena on August 9, starting at 1 pm the vehicles drove past the Fire Hall, towards the Golden Dawn Retirement Home, along Main Street to Barrow Bay and on to Pike Bay.

Approximately 25 vintage vehicles gathered at the Lion’s Head Arena on August 9 before making their way down Main Street in Lion’s Head.

The event was billed as a tribute to Seniors and Emergency Services Personnel and was organized by the Sauble Beach Sunset Cruisers. There were 4 start locations: Sauble Beach, Wiarton, Port Elgin and Lion’s Head, with each group following a predetermined route, which took them along the highways and roadways, through the villages of Lion’s Head, Pike Bay, Colpoy’s Bay, Red Bay and Howendale.
