Don’t miss our fourth and final community Pancake Breakfast of the 2026 season which will be held on Sunday, September 6th from 9:00 to 11:30 AM at Rotary Hall (59 Main Street, Lion’s Head).
In addition to tables and chairs set up in the now air-conditioned Rotary Hall, there will also be seating on the street-side patio as well as picnic tables under the tent on the north side of the Hall.
Rotary thanks our ‘Friends of Rotary’ who regularly volunteer their time to help preparing and serving at our community Pancake Breakfasts, and we are especially thankful for our individual and business sponsors of pancake breakfasts who help defray the costs of putting on these events, allowing Rotary to return more money directly to our community. A full list of our 2026 sponsors can be found on our facebook page (facebook.com/RotaryNBP/) and Clubweb site (www.rotarynbp.org/).

Please note that these morning Cafés may be cancelled if Rotary Hall renovations are in progress, and any schedule changes will be posted on our facebook page and Club website.
‘Meet the Brewmaster’ Event and Friday Pub Nights at Rotary Hall
There was a great turnout (38 attending) at the ‘Meet the Brewmaster’ event hosted by Rotarian Christian von der Heide (Brewmaster, Tagwerk Bier) held at Rotary Hall on Saturday, August 15th.
Tagwerk Bier Brewmaster Christian Von Der Heide presented a talk entitled ‘From Concept to Keg’, prepared to ‘walk us through the craft of brewing beer – from the first idea for a recipe all the way to the finished keg. Christian also explored the history, crafting, the art, and the sensory experience of beer-making.
The special Pub Night event also served as the kickoff to Oktoberfest 2026 (coming up on Saturday, September 26th, with an early tasting of 2026 Oktoberfest draught!
Be sure to get your Oktoberfest tickets early since Oktoberfest has been a sell-out event at Rotary Hall in past years!
Friday Pub Nights will continue in September on the 11th and 25th of the month, from 7:00 PM until late in the evening – hope to see you there!
