This year will be special – it’s a ‘cook off’ with two outdoor BBQ enthusiasts, each cooking up their own specialty BBQ roast pork. More to come about the ‘cook off’ later. For the third year, And-Rod Construction Ltd. and The Meeting Place Tobermory are collaborating to host the 11th Annual Pig Roast at the Park on Saturday, September 19, 5-10pm at the Tobermory Community Park, 20 Centennial Drive, beside The Meeting Place. This is a community event, admission by donation and a fundraiser for TMP.
Great food cooked outdoors including a corn boil, live music performances on the pavilion stage and a ‘beer tent’, all make for a special fall meet up with friends and neighbours. DJ Maxx will be back with his unique play list and laser light show; a crowd pleaser. Everyone welcome. Bring your lawn chairs.
