The 2nd Annual Lion’s Head Pickleball Tournament was a smashing success—both on and off the courts. This community-driven event raised a total of $6,000, with $3,000 donated to the Bruce Peninsula Hospice and $3,000 to the Lion’s Head & District Food Bank.

Hosted in the picturesque setting of Lion’s Head, the tournament brought together passionate pickleball players from across the region, all competing for fun and a great cause. The event saw increased participation from its inaugural year, reflecting the growing enthusiasm for pickleball and strong community spirit.

The tournament featured multiple divisions, lively matches, and great camaraderie, creating an inclusive and energetic atmosphere for athletes and spectators alike. Funds raised will directly support critical programs offered by the Bruce Peninsula Hospice and the Lion’s Head & District Food Bank—two organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of local residents.

Planning is already underway for the 3rd Annual Lion’s Head Pickleball Tournament, with organizers aiming to make next year’s event even bigger and better.
