Discussion ensued surrounding the information contained within Treasurer Report No. TR 25-08 Re: 2024 By-law Department Allocations.
Clarification was provided surrounding the amounts remitted to Parks Canada surrounding parking at Little Cove.
Chief Administrative Officer, Peggy Van Mierlo-West, noted that the agreement between the Municipality and Parks Canada stated that through our reservation system, Parks Canada staff must purchase both a parking permit and a day pass, and at year-end, the Municipality remits the total amount back to Parks Canada.

THAT By-law 2025-42, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Physician Retention Agreement between the Municipality and Dr. Claire Bodkin, be presented and considered for passage on April 29, 2025.
