The Cupboards Were Bare!

Thanks to the generosity of Tobermory residents and visitors the summer-bare cupboards of the Tobermory Food Bank are once again re-stocked. The “Stuff the Cruiser” event outside at Peacock’s Foodland on August 17th was an enormous success with over $500 in cash plus 163.6 kilograms of food and personal items donated.

Many thanks to OPP Auxiliary Staff Sergeant Tom Buckley for organizing this event and to Auxiliary Sergeant Tom Watkins and Auxiliary Constable Ewan Arbuthnot for their presence at the event.
