Help Get “The Tub” Ready for 50th Annual Chi-Cheemaun Weekend
Submitted by KTBC&G
Let’s all join in and get “The Tub” ready for the Chi-Cheemaun’s 50th Anniversary festival weekend!
Do you know who John Haywood was? He penned a key saying which was printed in English, in a book of Proverbs in 1546! The saying has roots in Africa, Swahili and Haya! It is a big job but “many hands make light work!” This idiom makes so much sense, we have sprinkled it into our own situation. Lots of people can help to accomplish a big task!
Please join us on this special day to help Scrub the Tub Land & Lake, Thursday June 13th at 3pm. Land helpers can meet Keep the Bruce Clean & Green (KTBC&G) behind the Chamber kiosk in Little Tub Harbour. Lake divers contact info@diversden.ca. Water, snacks and pick up tools provided. Please feel free to wear your old “Scrub the Tub” or “KTBC&G” t-shirts if you have one!
Divers Den and Keep The Bruce Clean and Green THANK YOU for your continued support!
