38 Teams Compete in Annual Lions Club Horseshoe Tournament

Thanks go out to all who made the Lion’s Head Beach Horseshoe Tournament such a great success again this year. The members of the Ferndale – Lion’s Head and District Lions Club were on hand again on Sunday, August 6 to register thirty-eight teams in four divisions of competition in all levels of skills and abilities to share in the fun of this popular event. 

This was almost double the amount of teams that registered in 2022.

Event Chair, Lion Mike Kearney, was pleased that the weather was ideal and that participants and spectators alike were able to fully enjoy themselves. The Lions provided a food booth for the day along with a well stocked bar which was appreciated by a large number of holiday beach goers.
