Are you interested in joining a group of people celebrating food together this summer? Would you like to be part of a community movement to help more people have access to nutritious food? Does purchasing local produce packaged into easy-to-cook meals sound appealing?
Join us this summer by ordering Good to Go meal kits! We offer weekly meal kits emphasizing plant-based, local foods. We provide everything you need to create a meal for 4 people, including the recipe.
The Meeting Place Tobermory, a registered charity in the community, offers this program. We operate on a pay-what-you-can/how-you-can system, with a suggested $20-$40/meal kit donation. If contributing time is more up your alley, we welcome volunteer hours to help pack the Good to Go meal kits. The participants who contribute more than $20/meal kit help prop up the program financially, while those who contribute time help carry the program energetically.
