On April 25th the Tobermory Library was decorated with balloons and banners to mark their 25th Anniversary.

Greetings and congratulations came from the Bruce County Library Board, the Director of Library Services, the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula, and even the Governor General of Canada, Mary Simon.

We want to thank our wonderful Librarian, Katie Hauck for planning this day.

In other news, we are having a Silent Auction of a quilt which will be on display at the library all summer and waiting for your bid; and don’t forget our Book Sale on June 17th from 11am to 1pm.

L-R: Members of the Friends of Tobermory Library – Kathleen Hollis, Cele Eadie, Kim McIver, Carol Csengeri, Mary Catherine Janssen, Sheryl Marshall, Judy Caulfeild-Browne, Vi Adams and Linda Godhue, with a member of Bruce County Library.
