An Open House to promote the Memorial Scattering Garden was held on July 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Alison Knight, Churchwarden and Trustee of the Garden says the event was successful and served to introduce the Garden to the Community. Many community members were unaware of the existence of the Garden and were interested to learn that it was open to everyone in the Community, not just for Anglican Church members. Trustees of the Garden were available to answer queries and explain the process for scattering ashes.
The Memorial Scattering Garden is located behind the Christ Church Anglican Church on 55 Main Street.
