A farming network event will be held at the Rotary Hall in Lion’s Head on February 28th from 10 a.m to noon. The event is being sponsored by NP CoWork.
Event organizer Megan Franken says the event is open to all farmers in and near the Northern Bruce Peninsula. Franken envisages this first meeting as a networking opportunity for the local farming community.
While still finalizing the agenda, Franken says the goals of this event are to offer the opportunity to meet and network with the farmers, learn about local business opportunities and brainstorm future workshops that could be run by the NP CoWork.
In keeping with current Public Health guidelines, all participants will be required to provide proof of double vaccination, wear masks, practice social distancing and fill out a contact tracing log.
