How many housing studies are required before action is taken? When I first came to Tobermory in the early 1970s there was a housing shortage then and the ONLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING was Happy Hearts Park.
Now there are still more studies and again for the SECOND time the municipality has contacted SHS (SHS Consulting) to produce another Housing Study Report.
How many housing studies and committees have been initiated and what actions have been completed?
I suggest collecting all the past studies etc., review their comments and cherry pick some ideas and ask for public comment.
