The sheer volume of work undertaken by the Administrative staff to organize, coordinate, schedule and educate patients about our vaccine clinics was all in addition to their regular daily clinic duties! Their commitment to supporting our patients has been beyond impressive, even on challenging days when interactions with concerned, frustrated and sometimes angry patients have added to the already stressful work that they do.
As we move into the second round of vaccinations, we appreciate your patience and kindness toward clinic staff who are working hard to provide over-and-above services (such as COVID vaccinations) locally for our patient population during what is a difficult and uncertain time for us all.
