Branch 202 has been really fortunate to receive donations during the past year as a result of the pandemic. In March, one of our members gave an anonymous donation.
Also in March, the branch received a generous donation from the Anywear Hockey Team under the leadership of Doug Morningstar. This hockey team has participated in the North of The Checkerboard Hockey Tournaments for 15 plus years and were disappointed that the hockey tournaments were cancelled this year. A few of the players have attended Darts for Meat in the past and had a fantastic time.
Many had heard that because of Covid restrictions, Legions were in need of financial aid and decided to make a donation to Branch 202.

Membership Renewal
At a recent Zone Council Meeting, it was announced that Branch 202 won the award for the highest number of membership renewals in District C. Many thanks go to Membership Chairman George Bowman for his hard work and efforts in encouraging members to renew. George also thanks the branch membership for their prompt membership renewal when requested.
