Please note that ALL Bruce County Library Branches, including Tobermory and Lion’s Head, will be closed until April 5, 2020.

If you have artwork that you would like displayed at the Lion’s Head Library, please contact us! The March Artist is John Pettit.

WHAT IS HAPPENING in Tobermory:

• Story Time Explorers at BCPL Wednesday April 15 & 29 at 10:30am: Please join us at the Tobermory Branch Library partnered with EarlyON for a morning program experience that includes stories, songs and crafts.

• Author Visit – Barry Robinson Thursday April 23 at 1:00pm: Barry Robinson discusses his book “Growing Down: Stories Exploring Human Dignity”. A collection of classic, family, work-related and deeply personal stories, in an exploration of themes about what makes us human in the deepest sense.

WHAT IS HAPPENING in Lion’s Head:

• Author Visit – Barry Robinson Thursday April 16 at 11:00am: Barry Robinson discusses his book “Growing Down: Stories Exploring Human Dignity”. A collection of classic, family, work-related and deeply personal stories, in an exploration of themes about what makes us human in the deepest sense.

• Thursday Sages – Thursday from 11:00am-12:00pm.

-April 30: Facebook Basics

• Needle Arts – Fridays April 17 at 1:00pm. Connect and share with other crafters while working on your current project. 

• Story Time – Every Friday from 10:00-10:30am, Ages 0-4: Join us for this fun preschool program where we will help you build early literacy skills with your child by reading, talking, singing and playing together. Adults must stay for the program.
