The Lion’s Head Legion Br 202 Ladies Auxiliary hosted the Zone C-4 Euchre Tournament Saturday the 8th of June. We had 11 tables of ladies having a fun day with great snacks and a luncheon.
The first place team from Lion’s Head defended their title coming in first again. The second place team, who is from Owen Sound Ladies Auxiliary, and our 1st place team will go on to Galt, Ontario for the next round of play.
A big thank you to our Branch Liaison, Dave Uren, for coming to our meetings and bringing news from the branch. It has been a great help to have this wonderful communication going on.
In other news, the Friday night Euchres will finish on the 28th of June until September. Monday and Thursday Darts has finished up until September. The Ladies Auxiliary will not have a meeting in July and will meet again on August 10th at noon for pot luck.
