We have good and bad news from Keep the Bruce Clean & Green.
Bad news: the Keep the Bruce Clean & Green (KTBC&G) sign that we were moving around and posting on our Facebook page for a little contest has been stolen!? I guess we now have to guess where it is? Pretty weird, we can’t understand who would do such a thing.
Good news: Fred and Penny Hellyer have kindly offered their sign to us. We asked the Bruce Men’s Shed if they would fix it up. With their craftsmanship – specifically the skilled hands of Geoff Cunliffe and Owen Glendon, the sign at the Hellyer’s home has been completely transformed.
The team at Keep the Bruce Clean and Green extends their gratitude to Geoff and Owen Glendon for their dedication, care, and hard work. It not only showcases what makes our community so special, it reminds everyone who travels far and wide to be safe and Leave No Footprints!
To help keep their workshop humming and to support the wonderful craft and good intentions taking place at the Men’s Shed, Keep the Bruce Clean and Green is delighted to donate $150 to their organization. It is a small token of appreciation for a massive feat.
