The Cross Canada journey of Lucky the Lobster made a quick stop in Tobermory on August 6th. The Lobster Quest East to West initiative, started by Karen and Chris McCallum, follows Lucky the stuffed Lobster, who relies on the kindness of strangers to hitch a ride from its start this spring in Charlottetown, P.E.I. across the County and back home to the McCallums in Alberta.
Lucky was brought to Tobermory by the Kaminski family – Paul and Dominika, local real estate agents in Meaford, and their two children Michelle and Helen. The Kaminskis delivered Lucky to Elizabeth from Manitoulin Island who will bring Lucky on the next leg of the journey.
