The 12th Annual Hodge Cup Sailing series was held on Isthmus Bay on the weekend of 16 and 17 September 2023. The fall race is named in honour of former Harbourmaster Ken Hodge.
Organizer Tim Matheson lists the highlights for the weekend races:
• Record number of boats entered – 14
• Most sailors ever
• Most female sailors ever
• Most young sailors ever
The 2023 HODGE CUP FINAL STANDINGS (see photo for full results):
-1st place – Elusive
-2nd place – Synergy
-3rd place – 1414
The Sunday race always raises funds for the Terry Fox Run and this year the Sail Boat Race donated $1,700 to the Terry Fox Run.
