Can you see the lion? While recently in South Africa, Lion’s Head resident Kathy Anderson was determined to see how their Lion’s Head compared with the one on the Bruce Peninsula.  “When I first saw it, I could not understand why they had chosen ‘Lion’s Head’ as the name for this gigantic rock protrusion,” Anderson said. “The peak in the photo is the head of the lion.” The Lion’s Head in South Africa is best known for its scenic 5 km round-trip hiking trail, which offers 360-degree panoramic views of Cape Town, Camps Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
