On March 28, 2023, Lions Head Hospital Auxiliary members presented a cheque for $64,000 to Rebecca Wuerth-Sarvis, Site Manager for the Lion’s Head Hospital and RPN Kayla Simpson. This generous donation is possible because of the tremendous generosity of community members who support the various fundraising efforts of the Auxiliary.
The donated money will be used to fund capital expenditures, namely vital signs machines, a vacuum cleaner, a patient wandering prevention system, food services carts and board room refurbishment.
Stay tuned for upcoming Lion’s Head Hospital Auxiliary events including the Perennial Sale June 3 and the Yard Sale July 8-9 with donations being accepted at the Lion’s Head Arena on July 7.
