Forty years ago we purchased our piece of Heaven in Lion’s Head. It was our four season getaway, we came up weekends from Burlington and various weeks through the years. Over the years we have had occasion to go to the ER at Lion’s Head Hospital always receiving good care.
Since my husband died, I made the move to permanent residency last April. Recently I had an injury and spent a week in the Hospital and discovered what a gem it was and how lucky we are to have such a facility. The Doctors and Nurses gave me unbelievable care and I cannot thank them enough, Also, the circle of friends I have made over the years showed me kindness above and beyond and have helped me through this dire episode in my life.
To Dr. Sellers, Dr. Vanderstelt, all the wonderful Nurses and support staff, my heartfelt thanks.
To my Dinner Club Gang, you have shown me what small town caring means and I am ever grateful.
We need to all support our Hospital, it is certainly the best.
